Habit tracking doesn’t need to be complicated.
Most productivity apps eventually become another thing you have to manage. Habits keeps the experience deliberately simple—create what matters, track it, and keep going.
Create
Track habits the way they actually happen.
Some habits are simply done. Some are counted. Some are timed. Habits handles all three from the same small form—no projects, no rules to configure.
- Simple
- Done, or not done yet.Go to bed on time · Meditate once
- Count
- A number of things, like 8 glasses.Drink 8 glasses of water · Read 20 pages · Walk 5,000 steps
- Timer
- A length of time, like 15 minutes.Exercise for 15 minutes · Walk for 10 minutes

One screen creates a habit. There is no step two.

Start
Start from a habit, not a blank screen.
A short library of everyday habits—water, movement, reading, sleep—each already set up with a sensible goal. Pick one, adjust it, or write your own in a few seconds.
Choose an icon and a color so a habit is recognizable at a glance. That is as far as the customization goes, on purpose.
Stay consistent
A gentle reminder when you need it.
Turn on a reminder for a habit and it arrives once, at the time you chose. It shows up, and then it gets out of the way.

Progress
Consistency is easier when progress is visible.
Your week sits at the top of the Today screen. Finished habits fill in, the day’s bar fills up, and once everything is done the app just says so. Nothing to interpret.
- Your week at a glance
- Seven days across the top, today marked.
- Daily completion
- One bar: two of four done.
- Counts and timers
- Twelve of twelve glasses. Ten minutes.
- Light and dark
- Follows your system, or set it yourself.

How it works
A day looks like this.
Open the app, tap what you have done, and close it again. Counted habits get a plus. That is the whole interaction—try it here.
